HOURS OF OPERATION
- Monday and Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
- Wednesday and Thursday: 8am- 7pm
- Friday: 8am – 5pm
- Saturday: By appointment only
We need minimum 48 hours notice for any change or cancellation in order for the patient to avoid financial penalty. We charge 250.00 per hour of lost time. Any appointment that is booked for two hours or over requires a credit card on file.
Please note we are closed on major holidays. Please call our office to learn more. Please note that emergency visits are accommodated during office hours.
